Can I safely remove the fixed bed in my FB3000 WW?

I want to remove the fixed bed from the rear of my 30' Weekend Warrior but I'm concerned that it might provide some structural stability to the trailer? I could reinforce the area after removing the ...

When you say fixed rear bed, i assume it is an older model without the jack knife raise and lowering ability ?
