Personally, I would not buy from them except as a last resort. I would certainly not trust them to actually work on anything that I did buy from them and I'd be sure that that particular mfr would support an independent repair doing work on it...assuming it was under warranty.
I'm not even a fan of buying in their store, but do, because they're convenient and they usually have what I need.
Just too d@mn many horror stories to trust them.
