I don't remember the numbers other than my 2003 2500HD crew cab longbed D/A having factory tow rating of 15000 lb max for a fifthwheel.
My Jayco is 10500 dry with 14500 GVWR. Never any problems towing or stopping but my 2012 dually does a mucho better job but that is mostly additional HP/Torque + the 6 speed vs the 5.
