CAN YOU CLEAN A FLOJET WATER PUMP
I think there may be debris in my Flojet water pump because it keeps running and pumps very little water. There is no screen on this pump and all connections are tight. It is a Flojet Model #03526-144...

These pumps need routine maintenance. The impeller starts losing vanes and hair builds up around the shaft. You need to take it apart and clean it on some some kind of schedule based on use. I do mine every other year. You can order a kit online or go to a West Marine if you are near water.
