Can you go full timing with a Keystone Cougar
is it possible to go full timing in a 30-32 foot keystone cougar I worry about quality over a long run

That sounds like another reason in favor of buying a used trailer, particularly if it will be used to live in full-time. If the manufacturer is going to void the warranty for full-time use, it doesn't make sense to pay extra money for the warranty.
