Can you shoot firearms at Dove Springs

I take it that it means "No firearms. They are prohibited." Punctuation is a wonderful thing.

Is that "No, Firearms are prohibited", or is it "NO Firearms are prohibited"? Two entirely different meanings. Just to be clear.

IF you are referring to Dove Springs CA about 20 miles out of California City...........NO Firearms are prohibited

Unfortunately......folks do shoot out there as evidenced by all the busted up glass & spent shells
