I got a soft topper in June and have used it on two trips in the up position. It worked great and it does not flap, even at 80 mph. It actually sucks in against the framework.
Now that it has been on awhile, I unsnapped it, and collapsed it forward, as if I was going to hook up the fiver. No problem.
It was a piece of cake raising it back up as ell, now that the fabric has been stretched just a tad.
It was a bit of a bear to get a couple of the snaps on when I first installed it.
