CARB cracks down on OHV smog

I was on a conference call with Bob Ham and Nick Haris of AMA last night and we talked about this briefly. The AQMD is a total bureaucratic nightmare, the answer to NOBODY and there is no reasoning with them. They tried to outlaw outdoor grilles in So Cal at one point and succeeded in getting charcoal lighter re-formulated, now you have to use more which makes perfect sense huh?
