CARB cracks down on OHV smog

Another bright idea, huh? Tried to buy a gasoline can that works or a spare top for old ones? Can't be done! So now instead of a $10 plastic can with a good serviceable top, I should spend $50 or 60 for a piece of******that leaks all over. I'll use my wood plug instead as I'm sure most people do. And the "Special" hose, pressure bulb, and no-leak end fittings that they just forced outboard motor makers to change to? It just leaked about a quart of gas all over the back of my pickup. The old style tank right along side it didn't leak a drop.
