CarFax
A friend of mine who is a very large car and truck wholesaler told me that anyone who adds a 5th wheel by welding or drilling holes will now have there trucks added to the Carfax. And a drop in blue book value.

- Only if the work is done by a "reporting Service Facility" and then only it they think it is worth reporting!
- I assume that would only get on carfax if they went to a dealer that carfax gets records from & in a computer data base..????? I bought a used car that was two pieces put together (two cars) the car fax was clean with no accidents..........
