Troublemaker.:) You know the "reports" are based on anecdotal evidence. Regardless, I've been following tire posts on this and other forums for years, and anecdotally, Maxxis are starting to show a downward slide. Also showing piss-poor quality, many Chinese tires are **** and subject to tread separation. There are only a handful of ST tires from which to choose, and no published "reports" to assist us, so I relied on that pesky anecdotal evidence for my recent tire purchase.
