Carlisle RH Trail vs Maxxis M8008 Tires GVWR 10k

We want to replace the OEM tires (225/75/15 "D" load range) on our 2012 Keystone Laredo 275SBH fifth wheel. It's sticker empty weight is 7199, GVWR is 10k. We've never weighed it all stocked up, but...

Pick up my tires today and the manufacture dates were the 10th week of 2011!! I refused them and hopefully they will get me some "fresh" tires. Geez! Don't forget to check dates when you order tires!
