Cart before the Horse? Just got 1st 5er... Need truck wisdom

I have a short bed TV and instead of a slider hitch I have a Reese 5th Airborne pinbox with the Sidewinder. It moves the pivot point of the trailer 22 inches to the rear. I love the cushioned ride of the air bag in the pinbox and not having to worry about the front cap breaking out my rear glass - again. (Before the 5th Airborne/Sidewinder was installed, the dealer broke the glass while maneuvering the 5er on his lot. What a way to take delivery!)
