A 37' 5er is pretty long and pretty heavy. You might want to consider a 32' instead. The 37' will be harder to get rid of if you decide to sell. Will you be using your truck mostly for driving and just a little for towing? If so, you will want to look at that factor too before buying a single rear wheel or a dually--more tires to replace and maybe lower gas mileage. We have a Chevy Duramax single rear wheel 4x4 with an extended cab and pull our 32' Sunnybrook with 3 slides--11,000 lbs. We like the extended cab because the truck isn't so long (we have an 8' bed). Everyone has an opinion of what is best for them, but slow down and consider all the alternatives -- a 2 mile per gallon difference in a truck adds up to quite a lot of $$ over 100,000 miles of driving.
