Not sure which one is which, but the top pictured one has tv on the side which is awkward while lower one has two chairs across from tv. It also looks like the refer is going to be hard if at all possible to get to with slides closed on top layout while the bottom is a straight shot in the door. I would never have something where the refer wasn't usable when closed. JMO
