I own a Heartland Big Country but for the next round the Cedar Creek 36CKTS is at the top of our list. Heartland customer service has been great and the owners club forum and rallies are too but I think there is way more value in the Cedar Creek. Genuine Lazy Boy recliners, real leather not pleather, individual water shut offs, standard wet-bolts, G614 tires standard. Residential refer is about a $500.00 option not $2,200 as on a Heartland, nicer carpet, nice storage touches in kitchen. Better mattress choices. A lot of small things but they all add up. Sorry heartland.

Cedar Creek is starting to make the same floor plan in a 38ckts with a reverse side isle bath, but I do not think you can get to the bath when the slides are in.
