Cedar Creeks are a bit above the average. But are still a 3 season RV.
Buying a new TT that will not do what they need (livable in winter) was a bad investment. Try to sell, they will take a beating.
The main thrust of my comment, though, was a bit of humor since Berkshire Hathaway was such a great investment... ;)
