Cedar Creek Hathaway=four season?

Any Cedar Creek Hathaway owners out there who can give me first hand experience living in one in cold weather?? Friend just bought one and was guaranteed (by the salesperson) that it would handle the cold in Northeast Pennsylvania. They plan to live in it year round. What say you??
