Folks have covered the TV/Cable issue.......button/led ON for antenna and button/led OFF for cable.
TV input set to antenna/air for over the air or set to cable
Low pressure in shower.....
Disconnect hose from faucet
Look inside hose fitting.....will be a flow restrictor. Some can be removed....some you just enlarge using a 1/4" drill bit
(check both ends of hose and/or handle of shower head)
Aerators in end of faucets have them also
