You should do others a favor and name the dealer - they deserve the notoriety and deserved negative PR..:(
Lots of folks (including me) think RV showers are pretty darn good..:R
Check for the flow restrictor and/or *if* you have a cheapie regulator at the hose bib.....it could also be the culprit.
Easy to check that last one - remove it and see what you get.
If that's the source of your proplem, replace it -preferably- with an adjustable type (Watts or other brand) available from RV stores or your local Lowe's or Home Depot.
Stop by one of your neighbors in a campground, tell him/her you are a newbie, and would like to ask some "RVing questions".
