We have a 2016 CC 36CKTS and yes the switch is in the cabinet below the TV. Also the HD cable deal that went thru the cabinet didn't work so I just went straight to the TV.
One thing about water pressure is are you using a pressure regulator? IF so there are good ones and cheap ones. We bought this type and it made a huge difference in flow and pressure.
