I guess OP would also be angered by someone setting the thermostat at 60 degrees during summer instead of 72? What about a string of lights letf on overnight? How about using an electric cook top rather than propane or coals? Someone using an electric ice cream maker rather than a crank style? Someone not converting to LED lights? What about someone going to the restroom more often as to full the dump station faster?
