I have a Trailersaver TS3 air ride hitch and love it. Well worth the price IMO. Makes towing much more comfortable.
Since you have a newer Ford, you can get an under bed adapter instead of the standard rails.
I also have Firestone Ride Rite air bags to keep the truck level while hitched.
