I have the B&W Turnover Ball with the Companion 5th Wheel. I believe that B&W makes a 5th that is compatible with Fords hitch prep package.
Ours came with the Trailair Pinbox and the EQUA-FLEX from the factory. It makes a big difference from the stuff I've pulled without it.
I've also installed the Firestone Ride Rite airbags, and a PacBrake exhaust brake.
