Looking for ideas to get for my wife for Christmas. We are relatively new to the camping scene and I am looking for ideas for the camper/camping. Things that you have now that you wish you would have had sooner or thought you would never want/need. As little as a stocking stuffer, as big as a major gift.Thank you,Mike

Depending on how much time you spend in the camper, a good set of knives like you may have at home are a nice addition. We just picked up a set as a Black Friday deal.Otherwise, here's a list of newbie/first trip essentials with some nods towards other nice-to/should-haves.

Depending on if you have one now, or the connections for it, my wife LOVED when I had the Splendide washer/dryer combo intalled in our 5er...If I'd known the reaction she was going to have, I'd done it YEARS ago:) Not cheap but has proven to be a most valued asset.

I can tell you never buy your wife any present that has an electric cord unless she specifically asks for that item.
