Chucking?

I helped install the trailair pin on a fifth so going home the owner complained of chucking that was now a new thing. After thinking what would caused it I wondered if because of the fifth going up and down because of road conditions the less weight on the pin would allow the fifth to go back and same going forward. During the phone call talking to him he said he noticed the bar going across the pin was needing an adjustment and had just worked on it. Problem was solved.
