having a little bleach in the system is not an issue if your only washing and cleaning, its chlorine basically so if it smell stronger than a public pool don't use for bathing, if its not as strong as a public pool than its fine for everything but drinking, I always add a cup if its going to sit after a trip for more than a couple weeks, fill the tank a run some out then top it up, not as strong as a public pool but its there.
