Cleaning the awning

I buy the large size Tilex Mold and Mildew at Wally world. Pour it into a 1 gal garden sprayer and add water to the 1 gal mark. Extend awning and spray down bottom side real well, roll up, wait 15-20 minutes, unroll and hose off. Any problem areas respray and roll up again, another 15 min and unroll and hose off. Never had to do more than twice. When done, pristine white awning on bottom, top is whatever color it is supposed to be. No hard work at all.
