BM.... not a bad idea... am researching it myself after killing 1.7 gazilion love bugs on my last outing :
since most auto shops stock bulk clear wrap and cut it to fit...
I'm sure they could quote a one time price...
I did the front cap, head, and fog lites on the Audi - nary a scratch on it years later when we sold it BUT the film was yellowing a bit...
either do it as soon as you can or detail it very well before having it installed (and this is NOT a DIY project IMHO !)
still on the fence and may just get my detail guys to do a good wax on the front for now...
