If you're plugged into a live 115V service and all your breakers and main is active then cannot explain why you wouldn't be getting some feed to outlets and microwave etc,.
12volt stuff on the other hand may be explained by a resettable breaker, like one of the old car leadlight breakers from the past, in your battery cabinet near the positive feed wire fastened to the side of the cabinet somewhere. If equipped it should have a small black button in it's center that needs to be pushed in.
