How did you do the rounded edges? Does it run off?

I did mine last year with Henry 587. I blew any loose material with a pressure washer, redid all the caulk and scrubbed it with a scotch brite pad and TSP. I've also used the cheaper Henry 287 and it held up great for several years in Az. but Tropicool is the best. Craig

The best solution is DO NOT WAIT FOR (eminent) FAILURE !

Prevention is the best solution ! Wash your roof at least twice a year and apply a UV protectant like 303 Protectant

If you get a lot of harsh sun exposure, 4 time a year would be good. Don't make it a big chore. Mild soap and water soft mop and rinse. When dry spray a light coating on. Total time, less than 30 minutes.

Ditto on Heng's. I used Dicor once. It cracked and did not stick. The Heng's I put on this spring is holding up great (just returned from a 2,000 mile trip). Cleaning the roof takes longer than applying the products. You're looking at a full day of your labor.....but the finish will be GREAT.

I coated my 5 1/2 year old rubber roof with This. It also covered all of the caulking so zero maintenance. It was done after the original membrane started to leak through the membrane. The best thing I have ever done to my RV.

I will never own another rubber roof longer than it takes to have it coated by RV Flex Armor. Yes, I will do it to a brand new RV before I ever move into it.

In our campground we have done several with Henry's tropic cool. With excellent results. Clean with Trisodium phosphate first. Can get at Home Depot. rv roof renew
