Well we have a 2014 Columbus 295RL (about 35' - 4 feet shorter than 320). We have had it 9 months. I have had only a few very minor issues that were all fixed without us leaving it at dealer. I have looked under the cabinets and in the storage bays and other areas not easy to see. This is our 5th RV and I believe this one is the best constructed. There have been a few threads asking about Columbus fivers recently. Try a search on Columbus in this forum and you should have some reading to do. Also, go to the Forest River Owners forums and read in the Palomino thread (for Columbus and Sabre). I think you will find that most owners have had good experiences. I certainly don't doubt there are a few bad, because that is the nature of the beast with mass production. U suggest you take a good long look at any fiver you plan to buy. Look at areas that are harder to see but can tell a lot. Look in the front storage bays at the wiring and plumbing. By all means check the caulking on the entire unit. You can buy an additional year of factory warranty for $150, which gives you 2 full years to work out problems. Good luck. All I can tell you is we love ours so far.
