I have a 2014 Columbus 295RL (about 35' long, about 4' shorter than the 320). It has the Lippert 4 point auto leveling. It is electric and works great. They also use a 6 point auto leveling on some. I don't know which is on the unit you are considering. Sure makes setting up much easier. It was well worth every penny. I hit auto level and its done in a minute or two. We love our Columbus.
