Columbus does not use any hydraulics on their trailers.
I have the Lippert 6 way levelers on my 320RS, and they are electric, and work fine.
Get the Strongarm stabilizer package, and it sets up solid as a rock.
There are benefits and downfalls to both systems. If you have the hydraulics, and it gets a leak, nothing works. No slides, no jacks. At least the electric ones can be worked manually if needed, as each jack has a motor and override on it.
All the shake and wiggle comes from the axles, suspension and tires, so it really doesn't matter that they are not at the rear of the trailer.
