Considering a 35' Keystone Laredo but a little worried

Is the camper going to be new? I see a lot of 3 and 4 year old Laredo's with severe delam. They may have that issue taken care of now on the newer ones. Dealers around me seem to have more of those and Cougars for sale used, if that means anything??
