- TugCEExplorerThis is going to be one heck of a RV Hauler. Have you driven it enough to see how much the mileage changed/dropped since adding the extra rear end?
- SoCalDesertRid1Explorer III would ditch the pickup bed idea and build an 8' x 10' flat bed for it. :)

- NeverHome2ExplorerHi Neighbor! Nice project! It really takes guts and an understanding wife to do something like this!
Have you thought about swapping axle tubes and axles one side to the other? Then you could swap the left & right axles. Thus moving the back rearend over to allow the driveshaft to pass the front rear.
Does the regular Dodge transfer case have straight cut gears or Helical cut gears? Straight gears would allow it to run backwards and be turned around. Helical cut gears can not do that since they would put the thrust in the wrong direction running backwards.
Noticed you are a Nascar fan, maybe we will see you at a race. Would love to see this beast in real life! - SecuritiExplorer

How about some pics of the driveshaft set up to the 2nd axle? It would be interesting to see if it works trouble free for 100,000 miles, Good luck.
The driveshaft setup is not in yet. And has far as hopeing to 100,000 thousand miles out of it trouble free. There is alot of new trucks that cant do that trouble free. So I cant expect that mine can do it. But I do have a plan for driveshaft setup. Will not be doing that for a couple months though. I just want to get it back to geather. As it is the only truck I got to pull 5th wheel with. And we cant mis camping season. That would be a sin. lol - NTORACNExplorerHow about some pics of the driveshaft set up to the 2nd axle? If I was me, I would just make it a tag. Gut the dirt, cut the axles off the caps and be done with it
Even if I wanted to do this. If you cut axles. Then You cut off oil to bearing. Not a good idea. But thanks for info.
