Thanks. It was a minor thing that the poster was joking about. After a while. All the negative stuff builds up. And there is a need to vent just a little. But back to the project. Its called moveing on. Again, Thanks
You're among friends. I don't think there's one person in this group who isn't completely grateful, supportive, and sympathetic.
I think any of the trash talking just comes from pure jealousy of that badass truck of yours. Keep the pictures coming. - SecuritiExplorer

Great work, sir. All the better that it is paid for, which a lot of people who post here cannot say. Your work reminds me of my mother's brother, who had everything he wanted for play toys, because he built them himself, and never went into debt to make them.
As a retired Air Force NCO, I thank you for supporting your son in his decision to serve his country and my condolences for your loss. Unfortunately, there will be people who will make light of your son's sacrifice, using the very freedom he fought and died to maintain. Ignore them, most people with any amount of decency will do the same.

Do you have any photos of the truck hitched up with the 5er? From the photos it looks like the truck sits up really high. Did you have to modify the height of the 5er or does it work as is?
The 5th wheel axles have been put under the springs giving me 5 inches of lift on RV. Thanks for asking. - DrBakerExplorerDo you have any photos of the truck hitched up with the 5er? Not to be another Debbie Downer, nor to minimalize you son's and your sacrifice, but I cannot read the tribute on the tailgate, doubt the poster could either.
I appreciate the engineering and hard work that went into this "conversion".
Again, my condolences on the loss of your son and thank you for his service to our country.
Thank you. I just went to my photobucket link that is posted in all my post. And double checked tailgate photos. They seem to be clear.
