Most RV's are loaded to the tires Max carrying capacity so that Max Psi is usually needed.
The real bottom line for tire pressures comes from the vehicle manufacturer as directed by the DOT.

And my RV placard states Tires inflated to Max 110 cold PSI.
Doesn't say anything about a minimum so I keep them at 110 PSI
That is a CYA number that will cover the RV if it is loaded to MFG max load.
