Ask the CG owner where you are staying.
They all have an RV transport guy on speed dial. They move pick up and deliver RV's all the time for campers and themselves.
That's the easy answer for you AND you'd 'know' you were getting a reputable hauler. And these guys will do it WHEN you want. And will be less expensive than a big commercial hauler.
I full time and I see CG's all over bringing in big FW's all the time for campers that don't want to buy a truck.
Call some CG's where you plan on staying to get a feel of what they charge to bring your RV in to their park.
