Seeing how this thread is going to be a lot of speculations and wild guess from a lot of people who don't have a clue (like the salesman) I want to be one of those people and play too.
I'm going to add on to what MD procouple said and say it's like the stickers that say "mount tv here". Peal off the sticker and don't see anything. Cut into the shell and find a bracket and wire.
Maybe a cougar owner will chime in with the exact answer you seek.
