I've got the same issue on my 2010 Keystone Laredo. If you put a straight edge along the door edge, mine shows a bow out in the door at the latch area. One guess is really strong wind bowed the door while I held the handle/door area (I've camped/hunted in WY and the wind blows a little out there).
So far I just live with it, but it does irritate me when I look at it.
