To KenBurke, please see my original post; door fits fine and I don’t think we have frame issues. I’m with you, MeAgain, RAS43 or maybe a simple cover up from stickdog. On those panels suggested by MeAgain, I guess you’d have to just cut and affix on top of the bad surface because as you see, you can’t remove or slip it under the edges of the frame. Could be done with this very thin sheet so it doesn’t interfere with the screen door and the fit of the door when closed. Gkainz, do you have cracks as well as bowing? I'm just thinking, maybe that inside cracked sheet of plastic was just a little too big for the frame from the get-go and over time the stress cracked it. Thanks again everyone!
