I too have a 2010 310re laredo that had cracks in the door.Went to homedepo and got a 4x8 fiberglass panel.Took the bottom of the door frame off and slid the door out.Take the door handle off first.Slide a thin knife blade between the door panel and frame to break the sill.Trace the old panel onto the new panel and cut it with a scrolling skil saw.Get a can of spray glue to attach the new panel to the styroform in the door.My door looks better now than before.
