I second the B&W if you are looking for a very clean install in your truck.
There is also something else to look at in the 5th wheel category. Open Range Makes a line of 5th wheel's that are designed specifically for half ton short bed trucks (as others do to) but there line is built with the Lippert King Combo kingpin that allows you to run a factory gooseneck ball with NO 5th wheel hitch in the bed. This was the solution for because I have a wood deck flatbed and was having a real hard time deciding on what to do. Open Range solved it for me. Best part is no giant hitch head to deal with in my truck
