You'll be very limited with the F150 rather than an F250 due to payload/pin weight limitations. That really cuts down on your choices of 5'ers. The ones manufactures list as 1/2 ton towable for the most part are NOT!! While they're under the max tow rating of the truck, they're often over the pin weight or leave little room for luggage, passengers and fuel.
If there is any way you can move to the F250 your choices and comfort of towing will greatly improve!
