Notice where all of your storage is. Way in front of the FW axles. Be aware the 17% pin weight ratio will increase once you load it. Again, I'm singing payload.
Your Cougar is 1300 lbs lighter than my Durango but the dry pin weight is the same. That could be due to my second slide behind the axles.
