If you continue down the F150 and Ultralight 5er road, consider a couple of payload saving ideas. First, use 20# tank or tanks instead of a pair of thirtys to save about 50#. Second, do an Andersen Ultimate Aluminum hitch (weighs 32#) to save 100 to 150# hitchweight. Consider 5ers that are rear entertainment or rear kitchen. Dont get 4x4 it wastes payload.
