I do the same basic steps and only winterize the waterlines with air. We us ours all months of the year, but being it’s stored deal with making sure it doesn’t freeze. We get some freezing temps but usually not for long periods. The same steps as you do worked one winter when we had aboutn10 days of single digit temps.
I’ll also leave the low point drains open as well as all faucets once the lines are blown out.
