Thank you for the quick responses. It is much appreciated. Even a deck off the side would be ok.
My wife and I are planning to go full time (or close to it), so we are looking at big fifth wheels (Montana, Cedar Creek etc...). Once the youngest is in college (2017), we will downsize the house, move to Green Bay and then travel south for the winters.
What I envision is the toy hauler space is actually rear living and then with back garage door that folds down into a deck.
I know I give up that rear wall for a couch, but this could add an extra three season type set up.
I know it sounds goofy, but I swear I saw one on eBay a few weeks ago. At the time though, I didn't get the name. It had a sliding type of door out to the deck.
