Is there a standard fifth Wheel that has a rear that lowers into a deck (similar to a toy hauler). Is there such an animal and if so, who makes it?Thanks

I saw one a long time ago that had a patio that pulled out from the rear of the 5th wheel and had patio doors from the inside. Kind of a weird setup and have never seen another one.I have seen a couple of side patios but no rear ones.

Certain models of the Glendale Titanium had what is called a "Bug Room" at the rear. The rear cap opened upward to horizontal. a deck pulled out from the rear bumper and set up on jack stands (sorta) and then canvas and screen walls connect the two. Not as much trouble to set up as it is to write about.Glendale, of course, went bankrupt in 2010.I know my model was never offered with the bug room, but if you go over to www.titaniumrvowners.com and register, I'm sure several owners will tell you more about them and, possibly, where used bug room models may be for sale.

I've seen 5ers that have a side patio. However for the back patio, the best I've seen are the true toy haulers.

Thank you for the quick responses. It is much appreciated. Even a deck off the side would be ok. My wife and I are planning to go full time (or close to it), so we are looking at big fifth wheels (Montana, Cedar Creek etc...). Once the youngest is in college (2017), we will downsize the house, move to Green Bay and then travel south for the winters.What I envision is the toy hauler space is actually rear living and then with back garage door that folds down into a deck.I know I give up that rear wall for a couch, but this could add an extra three season type set up.I know it sounds goofy, but I swear I saw one on eBay a few weeks ago. At the time though, I didn't get the name. It had a sliding type of door out to the deck.Thanks again for the conversation.
